How it works:
1. Get Your Quote
Use our form to list and supply photos of the cards you wish to sell. We will provide a formal offer based on the current market data. We aim to provide offers within 2 working days. Once you accept, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid tracked shipping label.
2. Ship for Free
Securely pack your cards and send them to us using our tracked service. Postage to Tcgdex.uk is 100% included in our offer—no hidden fees or shipping costs for you**.
3. Inspection & Authentication
Once we receive your cards, we will inspect them for:
- Condition: We check for whitening, scratches, and surface wear.
- Authenticity: Every card is verified to ensure it is a genuine product.
4. Get Paid
Once inspected, we trigger your payment immediately. Choose between a digital Store Credit Voucher or a Direct Bank Transfer.
Important Terms
- Condition Matters: Our offers assume cards are in the condition described on your submission unless otherwise stated. If cards arrive in a lower condition than described, we will provide a revised offer. If you decline the revised offer, the cards will be returned to you.
- Return Shipping: If cards are rejected due to condition or authenticity issues, return shipping costs will apply**
- Tracking: All inbound packages must use our provided tracked label to ensure your collection is protected during transit.

Packing Guide:
To ensure your cards arrive in the exact condition they left your hands, please follow these packing requirements. Remember: Your payout depends on the cards arriving safely!
1. Protection is Priority
- Sleeves: Every card must be in a penny sleeve.
- Toploaders/Semi-Rigids: For high-value cards, please place the sleeved card into a Toploader or Semi-Rigid holder.
- Bulk Cards: If sending larger quantities, wrap them in stacks using paper or cling film (not too tight!) to prevent them from sliding around. Avoid using rubber bands, as these can dent the edges of the cards.
2. The "Sandwich" Method
To prevent bending during transit:
- Place your sleeved/toploaded cards between two pieces of stiff cardboard.
- Secure the cardboard with tape (low-tack) to create a "shield" around the cards.
- Pro Tip: Don't tape the card loaders directly; tape the cardboard pieces together instead.
3. Choosing the Right Packaging
- Small Trades (1-10 cards): Use a C6 or C5 large cardboard letter box.
- Large Trades (10+ cards): Use a sturdy cardboard box. Fill any empty space with bubble wrap, packing paper, or air pillows.
4. Labeling & Shipping
- Include your Trade Reference: Place a small note inside the package with your Name and Trade ID/Reference Number.
- Use Our Label: Print and affix the tracked shipping label we provided to the outside of the package.
- Drop Off: Take your package to the designated drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage.
⚠️ Avoid Common Mistakes
- Please do not use clear sticky tape on toploaders. It leaves a residue that can damage cards and is difficult to open safely.
- Don't Overstuff: If you have to force a card into a box, it’s likely to get damaged. Use a larger box if necessary.
